Shipping

CXBO uses UPS to ship throughout Canada. Local courier is available within downtown Toronto. Please allow 1 - 2 business days to process your online order. 

Choose your shipping speed

We believe that fresh is best, and we want your products to arrive in perfect condition. To ensure success, we recommend choosing overnight or 2-day service when selecting a shipping option. We take great care in packaging and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. CXBO is not responsible for items that are damaged during the shipping process.

Shipping during the summer

Shipping chocolates in the summer is very challenging! CXBO suspends all shipping as the weather gets warmer. 

Please visit us or one of our Toronto retail partners to get your chocolates!

International Orders

We're very sorry, but we are currently unable to ship outside of Canada at this time. 

When will my order arrive?

Please consult your emails for tracking information. We are currently shipping all packages using UPS, and you can check the status of your package by entering your tracking number here.

Refunds and Returns

Our goal at CXBO is to completely satisfy all of our customers. We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. CXBO is not responsible for items that are damaged. Should you happen to receive damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation.

We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
